Once upon a time there was a town called Atpat. In It there lived a Brahman. He had seven daughters, and when they had reached a marriageable age he asked them who would arrange their marriages and bring them handsome husbands and make their fortunes. The six eldest daughters said, "Papa, Papa, you of course. You will arrange our marriages and bring us handsome husbands and make our fortunes for us."

But the youngest daughter was a naughty little girl. She got into a temper all about nothing, and she stamped her foot, and she turned her back on her father and said, "I will arrange my own marriage, and I will get a handsome husband for myself, and I will make my fortune myself." The Brahman was very angry with her, and so how do you think he punished her? He first searched about and found six rich and handsome boys. Then he married them with great pomp and display to his six eldest daughters.

But the youngest girl he gave in marriage to a miserable beggar-man. You never saw such a beggar-man as he was! There was not a spot on his skin that was not black with leprosy, and his feet and hands had rotted right off. If you had seen him you would have said, "If that beggar-man does not die to-day he will certainly die to-morrow. For he cannot possibly live any longer!" When the marriage was celebrated, the little girl's mother filled her lap with wheat and then handed her over to the beggar-man to see what sort of fortune would be hers.

But in a few days the beggar-man died. His corpse was taken to the burning-ground, and his little widow followed it. But when his relatives wanted to burn the body, she forbade them and told them to go away. For she said, "My fortune is still to come, whatever it may be." They all got round her and tried to persuade her that there was no use in her staying by the corpse, but she would not mind what they said. At last they were quite tired out and went home, leaving her in the burning-ground. When they had gone she took her husband's corpse on to her lap. Then she prayed to the god Shiva and said:

"My parents disown me. O why was I born
Both as orphan and widow to live all forlorn?"

As she prayed, she put the wheat which her mother had put into her lap grain by grain in the dead man's mouth. Then she sat there crying until midnight. Now it happened that on that very night Shiva and Parwati were in their chariot driving through the air over that very place. Parwati said suddenly to her husband, "I hear a woman crying, let us go and see what it is."

The god Shiva drove his chariot down to earth. He and Parwati got out and saw the Brahman's youngest daughter crying. They asked her what the reason was, and she told them. Then Parwati pitied her and said, "Your aunt has acquired great merit by her piety and devotions. You go to her and get her to give you all her merit and so you will bring your husband back to life." The god Shiva and Parwati then mounted on their chariot and disappeared.

Next morning the little widow left her husband's body, went to her aunt's house and begged her to give her all the merit which she had acquired, and told her the cause of the request. The aunt was very good and gave her all her own merit. The little widow then went back to the burning-ground and with its aid brought her husband back to life. But this time he was no longer a beggar-man black with leprosy and with feet and hands that had rotted away. He was a beautiful young man with well-shaped feet and a beautiful fair skin, and the little widow took her husband back to her father's house.

"Papa, Papa," she said, "you turned me out, but the gods have brought me back, and good fortune came to me without your bringing it." The father was too frightened of Parwati to say anything, so he held his peace. And the little girl and her husband, the beggar-man, lived happily ever afterwards.

 Encouraging Words

Someone said that encouragement is simply reminding a person of the "shoulders" he's standing on, wow power leveling, the heritage he's been given. That's what happened when a young man, the son of a star baseball player, was drafted by one of the minor league teams. As hard as he tried, his first season was disappointing, and by midseason he expected to be released any day.
The coaches were bewildered by his failure because he possessed all the characteristics of a superb athlete, wow power leveling, but he couldn't seem to incorporate those advantages into a coordinated effort. He seemed to have become disconnected from his potential.

His future seemed darkest one day when he had already struck out his first time at bat. Then he stepped up to the batter's box again and quickly ran up two strikes. The catcher called a time-out and trotted to the pitcher's mound for a conference. While they were busy the umpire, wow power leveling, standing behind the plate, spoke casually to the boy.

Then play resumed, the next pitch was thrown - and the young man knocked it out of the park. That was the turning point.wow power leveling,From then on, he played the game with a new confidence and power that quickly drew the attention of the parent team, wow gold, and he was called up to the majors.

On the day he was leaving for the city, one of his coaches asked him what had caused such a turnaround. The young man replied it was the encouraging remark the umpire had made that day when his baseball career had seemed doomed.

"He told me I reminded him of all the times he had stood behind my dad in the batter's box," the boy explained.wow gold,"He said I was holding the bat just the way Dad had held it. And he told me, 'I can see his genes in you; you have your father's arms.' After that, whenever I swung the bat, wow gold,I just imagined I was using Dad's arms instead of my own."

I was the only family member living close by, so I received the initial call from the nursing home. Grandpa was failing rapidly.wow power leveling I should come. There was nothing to do but hold his hand. ¡°I love you, Grandpa. Thank you for always being there for me.¡± And silently, I released him.

Memories...memories...six days a week, wow power leveling the farmer in the old blue shirt and bib overalls caring for those Hereford cattle he loved so much...on hot summer days lifting bales of hay from the wagon, plowing the soil, planting the corn and beans and harvesting them in the fall...always working from dawn to dusk. Survival demanded the work, work, work.

But on Sundays, after the morning chores were done, he put on his gray suit and hat. Grandma wore her wine-colored dress and the ivory beads, and they went to church. There was little other social life. Grandpa and Grandma were quiet, peaceful, unemotional people who every day did what they had to do. He was my grandpa -- he had been for 35 years. It was hard to picture him in any other role.

The nurse apologized for having to ask me so soon to please remove Grandpa¡¯s things from the room. It would not take long.wow gold There wasn¡¯t much. Then I found it in the top drawer of his nightstand. It looked like a very old handmade valentine. What must have been red paper at one time was a streaked faded pink. A piece of white paper had been glued to the center of the heart. On it, penned in Grandma¡¯s handwriting, were these words:

TO LEE FROM HARRIET

With All My Love,

February 14, 1895

Are you alive? Real? Or are you the most beautiful dream that wow power leveling I have had in years? Are you an angel -- or a figment of my imagination? Someone I fabricated to fill the void? To soothe the pain? Where did you find the time to listen? How could you understand?

You made me laugh when my heart was crying. You took me dancing when I couldn¡¯t take a step. You helped me set new goals when I was dying. You showed me dew drops and I had diamonds. You brought me wildflowers and I had orchids. You sang to me and angelic choirs burst forth in song.wow gold You held my hand and my whole being loved you. You gave me a ring and I belonged to you. I belonged to you and I have experienced all.

Tears streamed down my cheeks as I read the words. I pictured the old couple I had always known. It¡¯s difficult to imagine your grandparents in any other role than that. What I read was so very beautiful and sacred.wow gold Grandpa had kept it all those years. Now it is framed on my dresser, a treasured part of family history.

Updated Info. The list of characters for each side is no longer valid. Instead of doing the 16-Bit sprites originally planned, I'm using the 32-Bit Playstation sprites. All this means is that I can now include Megaman Zero series characters such as Fefnir and Leviathan. Also Harpuia. He's cool. Anyway, thanks to the 32bitness I've included Gate and Dynamo aswell as many other characters that were impossible before. In fact I have already completed Gate and his techniques..... Actually Technique. Dynamo is currently being worked on by Holydoomknight. As soon as he's converted the sprites I can start programming his techniques. And now.... The first Character guide!

Gate

Life Power : Average
Attack : ???

Techniques:

Gate Barrier

Added Bonuses:

Flight

Gate's one and only attack is actually a compiled multitude of pain. How this wonderful attack works is.... Gate puts up a barrier.... This barrier deflects all long-range attacks. Meaning bullets. From a GUN. But as an added bonus whenever the barrier deflects an attack it converts it into the mighty gate Blast. The Gate Blasts Attack Power is based on the attack power of the bullet converted. When converted the attack power is tripled. This makes Gate compatible with every single character that possesses a long-range attack. One more thing. If an enemy bumps into the gate barrier they recieve damage equal to twice thier attack power. AND gate flies. Not a bad character really. I would recommend him for Protect The base games but with the right team members he can be effective in any situation.

I've scrapped MMXO and I am now working on a new game called X Vs. Zero. This was the original game idea I had before X And Zero but thanks to public ideas it was never brought on. It will play much like Star Wars Battlefront. (No I did not get my idea from that game but I must admit it does take alot of my time) When you first start the game you will select your Team. Team X or Team Z. Each side will have there fair share of Champions and Soldiers. When you first go into a Battlezone you will only be able to select a measly few Soldiers. Soilders are simply the random enemies you would encounter in the Megaman games. Mettuars and Sniper Joes for Example. Champions refer to the Heroes, Mavericks and Robot masters from the Megaman games. Whenever you make a kill, steal a flag, or capture a base you get MegaPoints(MP). Think of MP as money. You can use MP to unlock more music, Soldiers and even a few Champions.

Some more notable characters on each team are as follows:

X Team:

Protoman
Bass
Chill Penguin
Vile
Cloudman

Z Team:

Megaman
Sigma
Velguarder
Armored Armadillo
Shademan

And Soldierwise..... X team Gets Mettuar. Z Team gets Sniper Joe. There will be over 30 Soldiers for each side.

The different Game modes that will be available are listed here:

All Out War (AOW)
Capture The Flag (CTF)
Protect The Base! (PTB)
Battle Of The Champions (BOTC)

All Out War:

AOW is your basic “The enemy must suffer pain and death” game mode. You get 3 MP per kill and first team to 100 Kills wins. That simple.

Capture The Flag:

CTF is pretty much the same in any other team based game. You run over to there base, grab there flag, run all the way back to your base, stop at mcdonalds on the way and see if anyone wants some fries, and then stick the flag in your base. You get 1 MP per kill and when you successfully capture the flag you gain 7 MP. Afterwards the entire team is awarded 3 MP for effort. So the Guy who took the flag gets 10 while the rest get 3.
(Note: The Mcdonalds thing is a JOKE. There is no Mcdonalds in this game =P)

Protect The base!

I can tell right now PTB will be one of my personal favorites. All you have to do is protect your base while you destroy theirs. Simple right? To Destroy an enemy base you must sneak deep inside and find their core generator. The Generators will never be in the same place as a GM will be placing them before each game. The bases in these levels will be designed for each teams Soldiers to perfectly guard it. There will be automated turrets as well. But that doesn’t mean you can sit back and let the base do the work. A player with average level skills can easily bypass a Bases auto Defenses. Imagine what a veteran Megaman freak could do.

Battle Of The Champions:

Ahhh BOTC...... Some very fun times will be had with this. To play in this mode you must first unlock a Champion. In this mode Champions do not cost MP to use. This mode is not teambased and get no MP or other rewards for playing in it. So whats the point? Fun! This mode will be an absolute crazy all out battle of the titans. Swords will Cross, Guns will fire and the weak will quickly be sent crying.

Now when in battle each Soldier will have there own abilities and drawbacks. A Major drawback to some Soldiers is that they can't jump. While some Soldiers have no attacks. But Each will be very powerful in there own way. To Play as a Champion you must first unlock one. There are many different ways to do this. After that you will have to pay a set amount of MP. (Depending on the Champion) This will be costly so make the Champion count. Once you die or leave the Battlezone you will need to pay more MP to use that Champion again. One Major Drawback to Champions... You do not get MP when playing as one. This is because I want a certain balance in the game. If You got MP as a Champion then you would pay the MP, run out there and kill 20 Soldiers before finally being defeated, and have gotten more then enough MP to play as the Champion again. Now on to a more important subject. Well I should say 2 important sunjects. X And Zero. These 2 will NOT be unlockable. How they will work is every once in awhile I will set a Tournament or contest of some kind for each Team. The Winner will be allowed to play as X Or Zero (Depending on his team) for a week or so. At This time both an X and a Zero will be selected and there battles will be fierce!

Now I'm not stupid so I will not be posting any testing dates or release dates. It will be done when its done. In the Meantime email me at dixonxandzero@hotmail.com if you have any questions, suggestions or concerns. No Emails asking to be a tester. They will be ignored. Testers will be chosen by me when I'm d**nwell ready.
